Your noodles to your liking, add your vegetables with bone Broth (Low Salt) blend all together cover and let simmer then eat. Also mentioned of a Watch Pot. Get all herbs out garden a black pot and put all ingredients in with bone Broth and let simmer. Also Fried Chicken in a bag. Rinse chicken season and put flour in bag shake chicken then transfer to pan with oil. Cook to your liking.

1 can Salmon
1 Egg
1/2 c. Bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp. Old bay seasoning
2 garlic cloves (optional)
1 tbsp. dry mustard (you can use Dijon )
2 tbsp. Oil of choice (I use Olive Oil, with other oils you may need more)
Mix all ingredients. Form into patties. Cook on medium heat browning on both sides. Good with grits or a tossed salad.

• 8 Medium Granny Smith Apples
• Two 15 oz. packages refrigerated pie crusts (or homemade that’s what I use)
• APPLE FILLING INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 C brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 2 TBS butter, softened
2 cans of Tuna of your choice , pickles, relish, onions, celery, no eggs Salad dressing or mayonnaise. Blend all together for your liking. Enjoy with crackers.

Chicken Noodle Soup with Ramen noodles add Kale, Spanish, pepper, cooked chicken or raw whichever is convenient for you along with , Bone Broth. Add all ingredients together and cook. Timing about 1 hour with cooked chicken with raw 2 hours give chicken time to cook bake at 350 Enjoy.

Jello mold is cranberry sauce Jell-O mold and it's made with cranberry sauce Jell-O cherry and raspberry than you blend the cranberry sauce up in a mixer then you make your Jello with boiling hot water and you pour each Jell-O into the mixer and blend it all together
10-12 meatballs
1/2 cup Diced onions
3/4 cup red yellow or orange peppers
2 buds or garlic
Oregano
2 Tablespoons of Olive oil
3 cups Ragu chunky sauce
Chickpea spaghetti or
Rotini noodles
3-4 packages of frozen spinach, any brand is good to use.
Cook according to package directions.
Thaw thoroughly, (make take a couple of hours). Once mostly dried out add 2 eggs, a little salt/pepper to taste, bread crumbs and mix all together. My mom used standard style bread crumbs or she made her own. I use panko bread crumbs. Just enough to make a spinach pattie maybe a half of the bread crumbs.
