Gardein (vegan) Meatballs

Full Recipe :

10-12 meatballs
1/2 cup Diced onions
3/4 cup red yellow or orange peppers
2 buds or garlic
Oregano
2 Tablespoons of Olive oil
3 cups Ragu chunky sauce
Chickpea spaghetti or
Rotini noodles
Mrs Dash
Oregano
Vegan Parmesan cheese

Sautee onions, peppers and garlic in olive oil.

Place  meatballs in air fryer for about 10 minutes at 300 degrees OR after  sautéing onions, peppers & garlic place meatballs in pot for about  10 minutes turning occasionally to brown
Add spaghetti sauce
Add Mrs Dash
Add Oregano
and simmer all together for about 30 minutes

Boil water
Add salt and olive oil
When water starts to boil add spaghetti or noddles
Cook for no more than 15 minutes
Drain and rinse with cold water

Place spaghetti on plate and cover with meatballs and sauce
Sprinkle with vegans Parmesan cheese
